viisConnect has been created using our state of the art Cloud Platform.

This platform is a configurable "Platform as a Service" engine that is configured to provide the solutions each client requires.

There is an amazing array of communications involved in business transactions. Statuses, automatic notifications of events, emails to and from partners all require addressing and unless they are held in context to the business transaction, they are very hard to manage and utilise properly.

In addition to this, any changes in instructions must be easy to express, easy to manage and easy to track. Changes to documentation and instructions must be auditable and responsibility for their actions known and communicated. ViisConnect provides the central mechanism for storing all of this information and informing those that need to know of their importance.

All interactions between business partners are very easy to manage and interrogate from simple screens within ViisConnect.

Communication can be via email, SMS and fax as well as printed reports that can be emailed or filed.

viisConnect can produce automatic notifications that the appropriate partner will receive when a system trigger has been activated. Such triggers might be date changes, order status changes, task completion dates, status changes etc.

Notifications can also be created manually in context to any person within the community. For example, the project manager might want to contact the client and ask a question or the supplier might want confirmation of an order. All communications are recorded and held to create a history of the communications throughout the life of the project.
